NASC become the latest YBUK Young Builder of the Year Awards sponsor

NASC join the Young Builder of the Year sponsors to promote the achievements of young scaffolders.

Youthbuild UK is pleased to welcome the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) as the latest sponsor for the YBUK Young Builder of the Year Awards 2022.

NASC is the national trade body for access and scaffolding in the UK – established in 1945 and now serving a family of 300+ leading contracting firms, scaffolding suppliers and manufacturers.  

Robin James, NASC’s Managing Director, said, on becoming a sponsor of the YBUK Young Builder of the Year Awards, “NASC is increasing inclusion by encouraging young people into the scaffolding industry. We are also promoting the role of women and people from minority backgrounds. The scaffolding industry is open to all. It caters for employees of all backgrounds and experience. It’s what people know and what they can do that matters – aptitude and attitude are probably the most essential skills in the industry.”
