L&Q Academy

L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers, managing 90,000 homes across London and the South East.

We have an ambitious plan to enable the delivery of another 100,000 quality new homes. Half of the new homes we build will be genuinely affordable to people on average and lower incomes, with the other half available for private rent or sale, reflecting our belief that everyone should have a quality home they can afford.

All of our profits are reinvested into creating homes and neighbourhoods we can be proud of.  This includes investment of £250m into our Community Foundation and the L&Q Academy; which engages residents and local people to offer apprenticeships. The Academy aims to realise potential and improve the lives of staff and residents by providing the skills and opportunities to build and sustain a career.
